Amenities

The Lexington Oaks Community Development District (CDD) operates and maintains all of the common area community assets in Lexington Oaks. Among these assets are the following amenities:

3016 square foot Community Center

The Community Center has two highly functional main rooms that contain a full kitchen, restrooms, big screen TV, free WIFI, and a meeting room with projector. Both rooms are available for rental. Please refer to the District fee schedule or you can personally visit the Community Center and discuss with our helpful CDD staff.

175,000-gallon Pool

The pool is located in our Community Center Complex. You can swim all year round, as the pool is heated in the winter. Also included is a state-of-the-art splash pad for the kids. The CDD maintains a pool reserve to keep the pool area functional and attractive at all times. Handicapped access is available, if needed.

2400 square foot Fitness Center

The Fitness Center contains the latest fitness equipment, including several treadmills, elliptical machines, weight machines and free weights. Just outside the Fitness Center, there is a covered outdoor yoga pad. The facility is controlled access and accessible 24 hours a day. To gain access, contact the CDD staff at the Community Center Monday through Friday. 

Basketball and Tennis Courts

A full-length outdoor basketball court and a set of well-maintained tennis courts.

Playground

Large playground apparatus that young children will love. Parents can rest easier knowing the outdoor facility is fenced in with a security access gate. Parents will also appreciate that the playground surface is padded, preventing serious injuries.
