The Lexington Oaks Community Development District (CDD) has upgraded to a new state-of-the-art access system for our common area amenities (pool, fitness center, playground, tennis courts).
Take advantage of our temporary Sunday hours at the Community Center (10:00 am-4:00 pm) through June 29th to assist in your transition to the new access system.
To make this transition faster for you, please bring ALL of the following items with you to the Community Center during business hours to get activated:
- Your Lexington Oaks Access ID Card.
- Proof of Residency (Driver's License/ID card, Lease Agreement(rentals), current utility bill with Lexington Oaks address).
- Your Personal Cell Phone with Paxton Key app already downloaded (shown below).
- Proof of age if not obtained through Proof of Residency. (access has age restrictions that apply).
After June 30th, residents will be required to obtain these new credentials to access these areas. Please plan accordingly.
